Our headquarters is in Sydney however we have contacts in all major cities across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in new and used machines and providing relocation, maintenance, breakdown services, electrical upgrades and software upgrades for existing and new customers.
We have been involved in the industry for over 28 years starting out as Voltmaster Electrical who became the service and installation agents for the original VCA who then became Kardex Remstar. In 2006 we officially became Vertical Carousels Australia (VCA). We also installed over 100 carpet machines for Masters Home Improvement across Australia, a division of Woolworths. In 2013 we sold our first Storage Lifts which are now one of the best selling VLM’s in Australia.
